What to Expect

We begin the Emerge Experience by invoking the elements to open our circle. Following this, I guide you through an immersive story meditation aligned with the theme and archetype of the month to fully embrace the energy. We then transition into a sacred somatic movement practice to release and embody the theme, connecting with the archetype. After a short break, we engage in a co-regulation and integration journey with creativity by creating a sacred painting. The experience concludes with an opportunity to share and be witnessed. The class takes place via Zoom and will be recorded.

This is an online class for women, non-binary humans, and femmes. Because this class works with and heals the Divine Feminine Energy, the language used is feminine, not non-binary. Materials needed: Emerge is an online immersive painting class. Ensure you have a canvas and paints ready to engage the process and enjoy the complete experience fully.

Please avoid drawing materials like pens, pencils, markers, colored pencils, crayons, or pastels unless you plan to use them for mixed media purposes.

I recommend acrylics, watercolors, or ink to unleash your creativity. After signing up, you'll receive a detailed list of required materials and preparation instructions tailored for this painting class.
