How long does my order take to ship?

I ship once a week, either on Tuesday or Friday.

Original artwork ships within 7 days of receiving your order.

I don’t keep stock of my prints and put in print orders once a week. It takes my printers between two days and two weeks to get prints back to me (two weeks is on the long side, think holidays). My printers are a local company, so I pick them up when ready, get them packaged up, and ship them to you.

Please remember, I am not a corporation with millions of people working for me. It’s just me; please be patient and kind with me as I fulfill your order, and know that I am grateful to you for supporting my small business.

What is your return policy? 

All sales of original artworks, prints, and Soul Essence Painting™ are final.

What about damaged or missing orders?

I am not liable for any mishandling, failed delivery by the shipping service, or any damage incurred post-delivery. I work hard to package your order with care in durable packaging so that it arrives undamaged. Please be kind and respectful when reaching out, and remember that I do not have any control over the treatment of your package while in transit. I hand package all items myself, and if your artwork arrives damaged or is missing, I will work with you on a case-by-case basis to try and resolve it.
